Dr. Om Prakash is the best General physician & cardiologist in noida . He is MD in Internal Medicine & Fellowship in cardiology. I visited with my annual blood test report and high Blood pressure. As my age is 32 years ,he took time to take detail history and explained all possible causes of secondary hypersention. Do detail investigation and work up. I was surprised to known that what he had told me on clinical basis was same in test reports and echocardiography. Thank Dr om prakash for detail diagnosis of my case Hypertension with hypertensive nephropathy with CKD -3a with Hypertensive heart disease. Dr. Om Prakash is the best non-invasive cardiologist & MD-internal medicine physician ( General Physician ) in Noida. I visted his clinic with my mother for difficulty in breathing and leg swelling since 2 month. As we have already done blood test, ECG . He just look at ECG and asked my mother to lie down on examination table , he examine my mothers chest and heart in detail and said that she have dilated heart and decrease function , because of this she has leg swelling and difficulty in breathing . He then advice to do echocardiography. On echocardiography report dilated heart and decrease function also present .His ability to diagnosed heart disease  is very impressive . He explain every abnormal finding in details , why it happend , what will be affect of this abnormal finding in future and its treatment and prognosis to patient and his relative. I am writing this review on behalf of my nana ji. He is diabetic and COPD patient since 10 years. Recently we have shifted in Noida. On recommendation of my house owner i took my nana ji to dr om prakash for consultation because he had difficulty in breathing , not able to do his daily activity. He first took detail history and perform examination , check all previeous document. He asked me why we are not going to his regular doctor inspite of Consulting me.He just do some modification in previous Treatment and tell he will be fine within few days.
